An intensity range extended by 30 percent lets the icon reach deeper tissue layers than conventional radial systems, activating healing processes at myotendinous junctions and within scar tissue. Pressure runs from 0.1 to 5 bar eff, giving clinicians a wider working range for both superficial and deep musculoskeletal treatment.

HF Burst Mode only available on the icon, delivers a rapid sequence of high-energy pulses at 50 Hz for high-intensity treatment of muscle tension, trigger points and fascia. HF Burst Mode is designed for:

  • Faster, more efficient treatment sessions
  • Relief of muscle stiffness from overuse or stress
  • Targeted treatment of deep trigger points

Engineered for multiple grip positions with a focus on a stable power grip, the Endurance handpiece is built for full clinic days:

V-ACTOR® HS Vibration Therapy

Delivering frequencies of up to 100 Hz, the V-ACTOR® HS high-speed handpiece provides targeted vibration therapy designed to stimulate local microcirculation, support muscle relaxation, and improve tissue mobility. Its deep mechanical massage helps address muscular tension while assisting with the release of shortened or restricted fascia and muscle fibers.

Used alongside shock wave therapy, the V-ACTOR® HS helps prepare and relax surrounding tissue, making it a valuable addition to a wide range of musculoskeletal treatment protocols.

  • Low Frequencies (1–35 Hz): Gentle vibration helps promote relaxation while stimulating the neuromuscular system and supporting local metabolic activity.
  • Medium Frequencies (36–50 Hz): Provide balanced tissue stimulation and massage, helping support circulation, mobility, and muscle relaxation during treatment.
